CUSTOMER FINANCIAL DOCUMENTS
Company ID: Refers to company VAT number or official Tax Identification Number.
Select the company you want and press the "LOAD DOCS" button.
To select a new company press the refresh button next to "Select Company..." field and choose the Company you want.
BANK STATEMENTS PDF or EXCEL Files: All bank statements must be uploaded in PDF format using the following naming structure: DD-MM-YY-BS-MONTH-CURRENCY (Example: 31-01-26-BS-JANUARY-EURO)
DD = Day
MM = Month
YY = Year
BS = Bank Statement remark
MONTH = Bank Statement Month
CURRENCY= EURO or USD or other
INVOICES (PDF Files): All invoices, CMRs, shipping notes, and related documents (income or expenses) must be uploaded in PDF format using the following naming structure: DD-MM-YY-COMPANYNAME-DOCUMENTNUMBER
Example: 02-11-26-COMPANYNAME-045
DD = Day
MM = Month
YY = Year
COMPANYNAME = The company that issued the invoice to Client (expense) or received the invoice to Client (income)
DOCUMENTNUMBER = The invoice number issued or received
Year Selection: In the “Years” window you can select the year you want to view for:
- Income lists
- Expense lists
- Adding or deleting entries
Note that the page always loads with the current year pre-selected.
Search Field: Use the search field to locate any document by typing any part of the filename.
Example: Typing 10-26 will display all entries from October 2026.
Choose File & Upload file: Select the file from your computer and Click Upload PDF
A blue progress bar will appear at the top showing the upload status.
Select a file to Delete: To delete a file:
- Click: -- Select File to Delete --
- Choose the PDF
- Press Delete File
- Confirm the action in the message displayed at the top
Show All Months: Displays all months of the selected year by default. You may filter and display documents for a specific month only.
Check/UnCheck all files: This function is used by the accountant to track which documents have been:
- processed
- updated in the accounting system
The same function is available via the checkbox on the left side of each entry.
